Anyone interested in buying some Green Glue. I know someone with 9 cases
they need to get rid of.

Stuff no good?

I have no first hand experience. I would expect that it would as claimed
provide damping and thus help improve TL in regions controlled by resonance
or coincidence. It is a relatively expensive way to improve a wall unless
you are contrained by limits on other options. The people who have it
ordered it as extra insurance for a critical project, but the project moved
faster than expected and the glue arrived too late to use. They were
successful without it, and are now stuck with it.

First things first: put the cap back on and open a window.
