What is the minimum height of point source above the ground if I set
K0 as 0 to simulate the spherical radiation? Thanks.

If your question is related to the use of directivity in (say) Cadna/
A, K0 (D_omega per ISO 9613) is set to 0 means the point source will
radiate spherical regardless of its height above ground. If you are
using Cadna/A, see section 8.6.8 of the manual for more details.
