It is a sad commentary that some purportedly respected consultants and
academics are still poised and ready to crawl out from under their rocks to
at a moment's notice in order to unleash unprovoked, insulting personal
attacks upon the ghost of someone who has not posted to this newsgroup in
over two years.

Neither of the arrogant, presumptuous, judgemental, self-righteous
jackasses quoted below have any knowledge whatsoever of either what was
said or of the opinions that were expressed in the private communication to
which they refer, judge and condemn.  Additionally, it is particularly
telling that neither of the arrogant, presumptuous, judgemental, self-
righteous jackasses either commented on or criticicised the original
whining poster for maliciously publishing someone's private email address
in a public forum. The posts below are clearly little more than emotional
knee-jerk reactions to three year old hostility.....and professional ethics
be damned.

I think his opinions are not in line with most of the contributors to this
newsgroup.

Do not take anything he has said as representative of the newsgroup.

Well I have no idea what anyone is ranting about.

Sounds like a storm in a teacup to me.

Just one of them usenet deals.  Posts to this group tend to be much
more courteous than other groups, so clashes wind up standing out.

I think Gary's sense of humor was underappreciated.

According to some of the arrogant, suffed-shirts, who think that they own
this newsgroup, humor has no place in it.
