I am interested in learning more about acoustophoresis.  All google turns up
are the  "reader's digest" versions of  this field.  Anyone know of a more
"meat and potatoes" reference (preferably a book) about this topic?

thanks,

Google gives 945 hits.
For example,
http://www.acoustics.org/press/134th/brooks.htm
describe the idea.

The new "science Google"
http://scholar.google.com/
gives 33 hits. Have a look.
