I have had a request to predict the noise from a waterfall or a
fountain in a condo development.

The water is flows from a small pool down an incline about 10 - 15
degrees from vertical and the drop is about 2 metres to another pool.

I know that I could just go and measure something simillar but I am now
interested in finding out if there is any predictive methods.

Thanks in advance.

You might search for research on noise generation in cooling towers.
