Hello Everyone...
>From FFT analysis, it is known that 2x (twice of rotating
speed)frequency noise is very dominant for centrifugal compressor.
This component is over 10dB than other frequency components.
But how can 2x frequency noise component can be possible in centrifugal
compressor?
Can exhaust components be such noise source?

Bear in mind that most noise and vibration problems can be reduced to
excitation*response = output.
There is a good chance that you have aresonance near the frequency of
concern.

What kind of compressor is he dealing with?

Centrifugal type Compressor
No gear...
Rotated by permanent magnetic type rotor...controlled by inverter.
Supported by air foil bearing
1 and 2 stage compression at 1 rotor.
