West Caldwell Cal Lab was originally in West Caldwell, NJ and is now located
near Rochester, NY.

A manufacturer of sensors PCB has a lab in Depew,NY, but it is not clear
that they can calibrate full instruments.  Looks like they concentrate
primarily on sensors such as microphones and accelerometers.

Northop Grumman did operate a lab on Long Island, but appears to have closed
it and merged it with a California operation.

Why limit your search to NY and NJ?  There are so few good calibration labs
that you should consider a larger area though West Caldwell is very good.

Scantek in Maryland (DC area) calibrates a wide variety of sound and
vibration test equipment; fees are rasonable and the service is good.

The laboratories on the list linked previously are testing laboratories that
make measurements using instruments but do not generally offer calibration
services.  The only lab in the US known to be accredited by NVLAP is
Scantek.  It shows up on this list;
