I know people have talked about gettin such apparatuses made, but I am unsure
of where to do this. I would like to repeat this experiment as an Independent
Study Project but I need help finding out where I can obtain this apparatus.
Can someone please help me?

Do you have their original paper? That would be the first place to
look.

Why do you want to do this? You talk about "independent study", but
this is not very independent; someone has already done it. You must
have more in mind.

If you are interested in origin of life, strongly suggest you read Bob
Hazen's recent book, Genesis. It gives a fine perspective on the
field.
