Looks normal to me. Am I missing something?

Your link goes to the California & Nevada page, but I was referring to
the rest of the West Coast further north, especially Oregon.
See: http://earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/recenteqsus/

Remember I am an amateur, trying to learn, so be gentle.

The activity I was focusing in on is the increased activity on the
Juan de Fuca Plate & the The Maupin Earthquake Swarm.

See: http://www.pnsn.org/NEWS/PRESS_RELEASES/maupin/

Hope that clarifies what I was referring to.

Only one spot off Oregon.

California has slowed from 600 plus incidents
per week to less than 500.
