I am interested in starting my first insect collection, so I am searching for display boxes that are reasonably priced. I prefer ones with a clear front film and for pinning. When I started out I used empty cigar boxes with styrofoam cut to fit and glued to the bottom. No clear top but very easy to open. Gotta watch for dermestid beetles getting in and consuming your collection with inexpensive stuff. Even with expensive industry standard stuff for that matter. Send for a catalogue from these people. Lots of entomolgy collecting equipment, and lots of good books on the subject to be found here. |
