I need some articles on latest techniques used in Bacterial
Identification that are used in Clinical Pathology lab and are capable
of definitive diagnosis of eye infections.  Thanks

This sounds suspiciously like a homework question.

Check out the ASM Manual - it's the bible of microbiologists. Eye
specimens are cultured on media and pathogens looked for over the course
of incubation. Depending on what plate they grow on and the morphology,
identification techniques common to all basic microbiology labs are
used. Your question is like trying to dumb down microbiology into 25
words or less. It can't be done.
