I would like to have your suggestions.  I am looking for a book with good
molecular biology techniques or informations.  I would like to see the PCR
applications (real time, RT-PCR, reverse PCR) and also mutagenesis
techniques and also some BLAST informations or any other informations on
bioinformatics field.  I love when the books have nice pictures but not an
absolute criteria.

Thanks,  Morgan :)

Well, I think the best recommendation I could make for protocol books is
what is often referred to as 'The Red Book', or more accurately, the
"Current Protocols" series. It's a 4 volume book that comes in binder
form. YOu buy it and you can also subscribe, so they send you updates
every so often telling you to throw away certain pages and replace them
with the new ones they send you in the mail. It's relatively expensive,
but it has just about everything in it. You can also get online access.

Also, there's Maniatis et al., "Molecular Cloning. A. Laboratory Manual".

Cheers,

Scott.
