A bit of advice required - if anyone can help.
Can DNA be stored long term as a dry pellet? Or, what are the best
conditions?

A dried pellet (lyophilizate) can be done, and some people have even
stored these at room temperature for periods of a few years and gotten
use out of them.
I personally think that a solution made to workable concentration frozen
at -70 is the best way. Less hassle, more fun. I get a little bit
excited every time I open the -70 because it makes me feel like a mad
scientist.

A question of demand.
