LW Scientific Achiever + ??? + Nikon D70 = photomicrography

I would like to use my D70 on my LW Scientific Achiever.  I googled it
for a bit and got lost in the details.

I was hoping someone here could tell me:

a. Is there a relatively simple answer?
b. Is there a particularly good resource to start bridging these to
tools?
