Dear all;
I'm looking for help in my search to establish a quality monitoring
system for a local Silica Sand plant project.
I up to my ears digging in literature and the net for Standards to
this industry.
I appreciate it if you can provide me with key lab tests names and
procedures if possible, or where to find them freely without resorting
to a consultant.
This will enable me if succeeded to also determine which types of
equipment needed for the lab.
Thanks allot.

You find (too) much material with google--->"industrial mineral tests",
"silica sand lab tests", "silica sand standards", etc.

There are different specs for diatomite, perlite, sandstone, etc.

You have specific entries in: http://minerals.usgs.gov/minerals, and from
there, you should find current standards.

See also with google--->"industrial minerals review"
