Friends, as promised some time ago, here are some photos of a
kyanite-tourmaline-garnet rock I found while mapping in Norway in 1996. This
specimen is about the size of a fist.

Apologies for the imperfect focus in the close-up. I didn't bother with a
mini-tripod for these photos and the late afternoon light wasn't great. Will
do better next time!
