Interested in what Dory Tides are and how they happen as I understand
that there is one in the Bay of Fundy, Nova Scotia Canada off Cape D' Or
near Advocate Harbour.

Doesn't seem to be much chance of an answer for that. There isn't much
on the net as you know. And what there is, is just juxtaposing from the
way search engines work.

Your best bet is to check on the local sites for the Bay of Fundy but
Dories were widley used off the caost of Newfoundland all over that
fishing ground. The term might even appy to a run of fish or some such
phenomenon.

Why did you ask?
