The Cooperative Institute for Marine and Atmospheric Studies

I wrote something for the guest book there praising its resources
before properly going over the site. I was very impressed with what is
there by the way.

However I tried to write an addendum to correct my first post and got
bounced.

So here it is. I will try again later without the html:

There is a lot less here than I had supposed.
I wish this site the
very best as it is a much neglected science and crucial to our
understanding of our planet.

Perhaps if more people spent less time arguing about global warming
and spent more time educating themselves about the facts of life, we'd
have a shot at getting on with each other a lot better.

In the meantime putting titles on the database isn't going to cut it
when there is no material under the heading. It's a bad idea for
websites to do that.

Sorry for the negative. Wish I could add to the wiki.
