Hi,

I realize this is a long shot, but here goes...

The university research lab I'm in recently acquired a Gaertner
L104SA ellipsometer.

Unfortunately, it didn't come with an operating manual.

I've contacted Gaertner to see if they can offer any help, but given
the age of the ellipsometer (~10 years), I suspect they won't be able to
do anything for us.

So, if you happen to have the manual(s) for this model sitting on
your desk or work bench, we'd be happy to pay duplicating and shipping
costs.

Or if you have ideas for another source for the manual (that is,
other than Gaertner), I'd greatly appreciate it you'd share it.

Bob,

Call Gaertner and press the button for technical help.  Ask for Rusty.
If anyone there knows the old stuff, it's him.  He just sold me an IBM
PS/2 286 computer after mine died on my "really old" ellipsometer.
Only charged $100 for computer, software, and shipping.  He is great!
