odd limb numbers and intelligence

The article here regarding the occurance of intelligence amoung odd limbed
animals is of interest because the brain works with an odd number of
segments to solve problems.

See http://www.strevensathome.co.uk there is an article there called our
wonderful brains which shows that it requires an odd number of segments to
work.

Which creatures have an odd number of limbs?  Echinoderms have "body lobes"
with organs inside them, which are different from limbs.
