Hi, I am the author of the mammal database Mammal Taxonomy
(http://www.geocities.com/mammal_taxonomy/index.html). This is the
first mammal database which tries to include both fossil and living
species and lots of taxonomic information. However, I believe there
are many errors in my lists and it might be too much work for one
person, so, if you have any comments or wish to write parts of the
list, please write to mammtax@gmail.com (Guide to Writing is in prep.
and is already useful). What do you think of this? Please let me know.

You can check against

Classification of mammals above the species level
McKenna M C, Bell S K
Columbia University Press, 2000

It includes all extinct & extant taxa

No, it does not. McKenna & Bell included only genera, and it does not
include species. There has never been a list which includes genera and
species with diagnoses, type localities, type specimens, synonyms,
etc.
