Paleontologists have certainy of Cotylorhynchus' head?

I found that animal so weird. Was its head surely that small, or could
be that it was wrong due to a fragmentary state of the fossils, and the
head could pertain to an infant or even another species?

Several have been found in Oklahoma and Texas-all with the same head.  
Olson and Romer and maybe Reitz have published on them.  :-)

Thanks for answering!

But I still think* that it may be an indication of an extraterrestrial
culture of head-shrinkers with advanced technology, hehe

(*not really, if it ain't obvious enough.... just in case... because I
personally know some people who at least wouldn't promptly discard this
idea)
