Can anyone brief me on the new hypothesis that states that the universe is made up of photons that dont move. Instead they behave like particles of matter, in that a light source emits no photons only a wave that passes through the constant photons. Personally I am not briefed on recent physics so if anyone could explain this hypothesis it wouldbe a great help. It's not new. It's old, and it's wrong. PD |
