Strong Nuclear

Are "Strong Nuclear" really strong, or we feel they are strong , since
they are so small that we cannot reach easily , for example , if I have
a feather below a heavy metal sheet and I have job to disturb the
feather by hitting as hard as possinble on top of metal sheet so that
sheet shakes and disturbs feather postion

in order that you will be able to answer your own question
you shuold now experimental facts:

while a strong force connection is broken-
a lot of energy is released
with the  order of Mevs. about a million times
more then th e  electron bonds.

btw i could not understand your methaphor about the metal sheet
and feather.
if at all it is the other way
the 'feather' is above the matal sheet but the dimession proprtions
are to oposite way:
the feater is much bigger than the 'matal sheet
the feather is th eelectron
and the methal sheet is small and  is   the nuc.

Choose a standard distance, say, 1 fm, and compare.
Range is a factor.  The range, r_0, of the nuclear force
is very short, ~ exp(-r / r_0) / r^2, but the Coulomb
and gravitational forces have infinite range,  ~ 1 / r^2.

What is the range of the Strong Force, turkey?  It's vector boson is
massed, therefore...

I'll try to re-state, my use of english words might not be appropriate
what I ment since atoms are so small so to disturbt their inital state
we need huge amount of energy to reach at level where that force can
break atoms, like if we make a bat so small that it just play a
baseball with basic particle, then we don't need much energy,
