Hi all,
Come on you lot read this and please give a feedback

Global Warming - Climate Change - Environment Emissions

For a swift prevention of climate change a few simple changes must be adopted to reach a successful deadline for the present and future of our planet, the universities and government funded projects must distinguish and have functional resource to cater for Grants, Salaries and Awards. Unless these basic amenities are met the quest will be ineffective.

a).    A competition race, with big encouragement award payment for the first team or individual to create such a device that can maintain energy; for 1 week, 1 month, 1 year and beyond 10 years with respective payment ranging from $10m, $50m, $100m, $1bn; this is a proven model and the quickest way to achieve new technology.

b).    A salary of 7,000 per year, is not enough to get serious scientist to leave their family and     mortgage, the institutions must make available and distinguish between graduate grant, loans and professional salary.

c).    This will leave a inspiring legacy of incentive and encouragement for young students, engineers     through to out best scientist to develop and sustain the necessary technology and infrastructure for decades in energy and emissions, as the primary step to preventing climate change.

A standard off-the-shelf battery is "a device that can maintain energy"
for "10 years," so where is my "$1bn?"  There are wax candles over
a 1000 years old.  If they were lit, they would, without a doubt, burn,
releasing the "energy" they "maintain"ed all those centuries.  Please
make the check out to "Roger Coppock."
