Galaxy Model for the Atom

implies that electrons are just galaxy arms
at the next scale down.
These mini-galaxy arms are composed of
mini-suns RADIATING.
(Has any radiation been detected from
electrons yet? hint- the frequency is about
a gazillion times higher than any known to date.)

P.S. it travels at 30 times the speed of light
if the Quasar is what we're talking at a smaller
scale.

Chuckle: gravity is caused by Quasars. <Bing>
Correct, except not *our* gravity.

It's fun linking this all together:
Several (25?) years ago, when I started seeing galaxies as atoms,
the question had always to be- then what are the photons?
Now Halton Arp's observation of Quasars as being
*intrinsically red-shifted*, which means they are really quite
a lot closer than their redshift would indicate, 2 or so orders
of magnitude, meaning they are on each side of that
galaxy right between them. Further observations
indicated to him that galaxies go through a cycle
where they become very bright and then emit
a pair of Quasars in opposite directions from their
centers travelling at 9000 kilometers per second.

Now, he goes on to argue that these are protogalaxies,
but they are travelling at speed through the galactic
medium, so large-scale photon is a better bet. Specially
since I've been looking for a large-scale photon.

So this means that for smaller-scale structures, the
speed of light is actually faster than that for larger-scale
structures; the Quasar is moving 9000 km/sec; it corresponds to a
photon travelling at 300,000 km/sec; the photon would correspond to
whatever is given off by electrons travelling at
300,000/9000=33.3repeat
times the speed of light.

So the speed of gravity is 33.3repeat time the speed of light. Cool.
