Atomic nuclei emit photons, and specific entropy measures the ratio of
photons per baryon (or the ratio of photons per proton). I am
wondering. How and why atomic nuclei emit photons? And what changes
inside an atomic nucleus when it emits a photon? For example, is
something inside the atomic nucleus converted into a photon?

the problem starts with the picture in your mind about how thenuc. is
built

it is not just nucleids
and even not just quarks
allof them are subbuily bymuch smaler building materials
that are still uknown and not undertood
ao you have to be happy that there is still something for you to do
btw do you know what is the sentence that 'blowes my fuses'

it is the sentence:
; it i s    well known '    (:-)

Quanta are emitted between /two/ charges.  Elèctròns of both charges
have their own orbitals--nuclear and atomic.

Mr Goetz
did you understand what Auty saied ??
'electrons of both charges .........(????)
have their  own orbitals-
nuclear  !!!
and Atomic !!!

(may be as  :  a tail     has a dog ??)
