If I could be scaled down to the local area containing Quarks, looking
up, would I have to conclude that, because of the Electrons orbit/cloud
overhead, that I and the Quarks actually exist WITHIN an Electron?
Would I observe any gaps where the Electron did not exist?

Unalike charges may pass throuh; alike charges hav nodes between them.
