Hi!

Does anyone know of any QED simulation program or text which is more
aimed towards understanding the principles than giving cutting-edge
results ? When searching for simulation results, you usually just get
a bunch of lattice QCD research which is a bit overkill.

I just want a simple program where you can set up simple scenarios
with some electrons and photons and see what happens. It doesn't have
to be "lattice QED" as long as it gives proper results. Or some papers
or texts describing an introduction to numerical QED, because then I
could write a program. I think I just don't know the right terms to
search for here.

Best regards
Bjorn

Is this any good?

What do members of this group think of Edwin Taylor's work in this
area? Is it the future for teaching quantum? Any student texts you'd
recommend in this line? Shankar?
