I held a green laser on a black panel for 3 minutes. No effect.
Held green laser on a white panel for 3 minutes. No effect.
Held green laser on edge of black panel (2/3 on panel, 1/3 off). Vanes
started turning within 12 seconds.
Will try holding on edge of white tomorrow.
