It is plain for me to understand the Soul is a law of physics
simply because I myself is one while alive.
It seems to me that without a soul to think about
the physical universe it would all be totally meaningless.
I do not want to hear explanations that can not be understood by a layman.
I do not want to hear religious beliefs but facts about the soul rooted in scientific understanding.
Can a soul be created by enginners in some kind of manufactured computer ?
Is a soul really any different from one creature to another ?
Why does science not address this most important thing in this infinite universe ?
I am assuming the Universe is in fact infinite and our Big Bang (chuckle)
is but a tiny insignificant part of the Big Picture.
It is plain to me that possibly the physicist all have a sense of humor that
may mean to them that the Big Bang was simply Mom and Dad getting together for
a good time that resulted intentionally or unintentionally in a new soul (LOL).
Can we trust Scientists today that may still subscribe to ancient beliefs ?
Does this mean anything to you ?
I:
First I Was not (before I was born and conscious).
Then I Was (maybe after a year old my memories begin).
Once Again I will Not Be (Death).
Then, Once again I may be (Once again a conscious soul at some indefinite time into the future).
II:
We Oscillate between life and death in whatever form throughout eternity.
III.
Can more than one conscious soul exist in a single brain ?
IV:
The soul must be tied inseperably to the physical structure which carries it about in the physical world ?
V:
The soul is a kind of singularity of electro chemical activity which seems to be tied
inseperably to a physical structure.
VI:
There is no difference between various souls, the qualities that give differences
are related to capabilities and limitations of the unique structure that gives
rise to whatever soul. Fission is Fission, Fusion is Fusion, A soul is a Soul.
VII:
When I look at you I see myself at some other space time coordinate.
When you look at me you see yourself at some other space tiome coordinate.
VIII:
The soul exists only in the present upon a wave of time (reality) riding from the past into the future but always conscious slightly
behind real time.
IX:
Why cant we understand this obviously physical phenomena ?
Why cant we create a soul in some kind of inorganic machine ?
Imagine a soul you can turn on and off with a simple light switch.
Just foods for thought, I do not like the current way
Scientists seem to be looking at the Soul.
They all seem to missing something very important.
Like, the soul would never exist if some kind of Energy imbalance did not exist
And was not trying to seek equilibrium (Ever increasing Entropy).

A soul as the belief is all I can offer. I am a spiritualist
religious thinker. And subconciouness appears the soul. Science has
defined an aspect to the mind called the Freudian superego. And this
is commonly thought of as the soul.
Spirit as superego was a commonly displayed aspect to common life. In
western worlds, civilization was attacked by the Pope's people and
spirit as a people's trait was litterally burned from the crowd of
slaves and serfs.
Please please be reminded that we are all people walking away from
slavery and subjucation. And slave owners dispize the spirits
expression.
People used to able to bark, just like dogs. And the superego bark was
a real threat to the slave owner. So barking people historically were
chased down and captured and destroyed.
A common aspect of daily life is the quest for spiritual not
scientific resolution to the unhappy soul.
And science has a hard time explaining the existence to independent
mind as soul! Why, because in old native lands some people would walk
as only the soul for periods of time. Walking as a blacked-out
person.
And this was termed lunacy by the slave owners.
In common battle field stress, a soul acts to save the unit under
fire. Amazing acts!!!!!!!!!!!1 Were conducted by the stressed out and
memory lost soldiers.
A spirit and science are at odds still with the civilization of the
west. We use a comonners logic distilled from the more completed
thinking of ancient civilizations, such a Greece. Pope's predicate
thniking called, intelligibility.
Spirit, acts.

Your soul is the software running on the hardware of your body,
created and modified by culture since birth.

I *believe* that the soul is a 'Bio-Operating System' . Yes, it is a
'software' which gets loaded on the hardware circuitry of the brain.
Just as the photon is a propagating wavelet in space, neutrinos are
spinning and propagating wavelets in space, I visualize spinning wave-
rings existing in space. Such wave-rings can be created by the
simultaneous action of two or more pulses propagating on a network of
neurons in the brain. Such wave-rings could get mutually coupled in
radial as well axial networks. Coupling of such wave-rings to
particular neuron paths could provide the 'weightage' factors to the
bulk neuron networks in the brain. Further such wave-rings could also
act as micro-information-storage devices.
On death of the brain, the wave-ring networked Bio-Operating System
or the soul gets separated from the brain and exists independently in
space till its 're-birth'. Such Bio-Operating systems or souls keep
developing (or degrading) through the life-time actions of the
individual.
Lot of research is called for on these lines.

[snip crap]
The universe does not care about your opinions. If you want dentistry
you need dentists not priests. "Your teeth will be perfect in the
Afterlife." Ha ha ha.

The soul is not a scientific concept. Period.

No, but it can be by engineers. :-)

Yes, and that is the crux of the matter.
The soul of a moth isn't much different to the soul of a maze-tracing
computerized mouse and less successful. Once the computer has
explored the maze and memorized it, the mouse will find the path.
A moth is distracted more easily.

One man's important is another man's toy.

Not relevant to 'soul'.
Start a new thread, you are wandering off the important topic.
