I started this book years ago, but was forced to focus on other issues at
that time in my life.  I pulled it off the shelf today, and realized that
it really is a good book.  Anybody read it?

When I picked up the book yesterday, it reminded me that I have a debt of
gratitude that I never repaid the author.  I sent him some email asking a
question about one of the expressions appearing in the book.  He mailed me
a four page, hand-written explanation.  I had hoped to go through the book
and give him feedback on every chapter.  Time did not permit that.

The least I can do is help promote what I believe to be an exceptional, and
well written book (at least to the point that I read.)  There are excerpts
available on google books, but I don't think they really do the book
justice.
