A major research institution (MRI) has recently announced the discovery
of the heaviest chemical element yet known to science. The new element
has been tentatively named Governmentium. Governmentium has 1 neutron,
12 assistant neutrons, 75 deputy neutrons, and 224 assistant deputy
neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held
together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast
quantities of lepton-like particles called peons. Since governmentium
has no electrons, it is inert. However, it can be detected as it impedes
every reaction with which it comes into contact. A minute amount of
governmentium causes one reaction to take over four days to complete
when it would normally take less than a second. Governmentium has a
normal half-life of three years; it does not decay, but instead
undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons
and deputy neutrons exchange places. In fact, governmentium's mass will
actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause some
morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes.
This characteristic of moron-promotion leads some scientists to
speculate that governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a certain
quantity in concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as
Critical Morass.

In my state, that year never ends. I enjoyed the post.

While gasoline costs 12 cents a gallon in Caracas ( Venezuela ),
it costs 9.85 USD in Oslo ( Norway ) and 7.33 in South Korea.
“ In England, where London drivers are paying nearly 9 dollars a gallon,
taxes account for a whopping 81.5 percent of the pump price. ”
-- Los Angeles Times, July 14, 2008
U.S.A. Inc. is like a party .. call it “ DisneyLand ” if you will.
Pay the “ rent ” ( taxes ) and obey the regulations or be “ evicted ”.
For oft' random reasons, the homeless are “ The Evicted ”.
It's the right of every “ land Lord ”
( e.g. yourself, the government, etc. ) to “ evict ” on a whim.
Going up a level, every landLord is a “ tenant ”.
The only “ Lord ” that matters is the “ land Lord ”.
“ Even though Norway is the third largest oil exporter,
[ after Russia and Saudi Arabia ] the fuel is heavily taxed.
The fuel tax for regular fuel pumps ( gas stations ) in Norway
contributed to 63 percent [ ! ] of the fuel price in 2007
( The tax was USD 1.42 per litre 95 RON petrol ).
The government refers to the tax as environmental tax on fuels.
The tax is subject to much controversy and debate in Norway,
specially since Norway has a widespread population
and lack of public transportation in rural areas.
In 2008 the socialist / social-democratic government of Norway
further increased the tax for petrol and diesel. [ ! ? ]
Public transportation is subject to the same taxes as private users.
The steep increase in fuel prices worldwide in 2006 - 2008,
combined with --> increased fuel taxes in the same period,
threatens public transportation in rural areas.
Jet fuel has minor taxes. [ ! ? ]
Diesel for use by farmers is colored red and is not taxed. ”.
