This Martian cell looks like an immature megakaryocyte

A Martian cell (Fig. 1) is found to look like an Earthly cell (Fig.
2).
They are respectively 68 microns and 66 microns in diameter. They are
both shaped like an immature megakaryocite (Fig. 3), which normally
measures between 50 microns and 100 microns in diameter. Your advice
would be appreciated.

What's the real name of this numbnuts who keeps posting about Martian
cells, and where is he located?  He's just one guy, right, and not a
bunch?

To paraphrase Arlo Guthrie, if one person does something, he's crazy,
but if two people do it, it's a conspiracy.  If three people do it, it's
a movement.  Hopefully this is still just at the crazy or conspiracy
stage, because I should hate to see it catch on.

And incidentally, what's the deal on that Martian ice?  Have we seen any
H2O spectral lines with the new lander, yet?  I'd be worried that the
ice crystals might sublimate before they can get it through the screen,
since apparently the screen is giving them some trouble getting the
samples to pass through it.  So there might be water there, and they
still might not see it.  That would be a drag.
