NASA is trapped by evolution and vested interest in the face of
mounting evidence for fossils on Mars

At present, NASA still needs the presence of carbon to prove the
existence of fossils on Mars.
That may be prudent or uncommon sense. That may also buy time for
vested interest and satisfy ivory tower's need for evolution myth.
