When there is no relative

What about the space that's between
you and your computer sceen? Is that distance
not an absolute if there is no movement?

If things are at rest with each other there can
be no relatives. At least not for their own
measurements of each other.

Hmm, there is only no movement relative to you!

That is what is called "proper" length. It's measured in rest, and thus it's
not a function of speed.
