is it true or is it possible that nature works by at least 3 time rates
1. a super fast atomic level time rate
2. an usual time rate we do newtonians
3. a relativistic time rate with time dilation and all that sh.t
4. a super slow time rate for galaxer, univers etc
these time rates are not compatile nor transformable, it seems
to me that they rather are 4 dimension complex or at least in 4
dimensions

There is no time (or space) at the quantum level. So 1 is
certainly different from 2 - 4.
The 2 - 4 are derivable from the same stochastic processes. So
they are indiscernable from each other. It is just a matter of
scale.

Seldom does the loosing drag racer finish with less fuel than
the winner and this is the physicist's most fundamental
sense of time.
<< invariance with respect to time translation gives the well
known law of conservation of energy >>

Imaginary time scales find application throughout physics,
one of the most common is the apparent power of an
induction motor or the apparent conflict with Maxwell's
equations and the principle of relativity. Both resolve
by putting time on an imaginary axis so electric and
magnetic components can be evaluated with a skew
between them.
To suggest Michael Jackson should set his alarm clock
different when he sleeps between capacitor plates or
inside an inductor is as much BS as the technician
who measures the current and voltage on an induction
motor and declares he has found some free energy.

Cosmological time has a slippery relationship
with the above that wasn't the same 20 years ago
and likely won't be the same 20 years in the future.
