Hi,
Can anybody pls tell me the exact procedure for the formation of dimethyl acetal.

I would disolve in dry methanol and add some drops of concentrated
sulfuric acid, then follow the reaction by TLC and hope for the clean
formation of a new spot.

Best regards

Gabriel Tojo
