hi, all,

http://www.pbase.com/image/53570755/original

In my experiments, these two compounds were found to react with each
other. But the reaction mechanism and the reaction products are
unknown. Is there any one who knows info about this reaction, such as
the possible reaction products? Thanks a lot!

Suprised they can even get close enough to react.  Do you know the exact
nature of the CxHy group?  How big is it, is it strictly a one carbon to one
proton group (that really limits what it could be!),  are other
possibilities CnH2n+2 or CnH2n?
