how fluorine couples with other atoms
when present in structure of organic compounds ? how i can get more
information from such spectras? can you tell me about 13c spectra.

There is a whole heap of stuff that can be discussed regarding 13C NMR but
it really would be best to comsult your institutes library and look through
some texts or try a www.google.com  search.  That way you will get the exact
information you need.

One link to get you started though
