I am a competent technical programmer with a keen (but lay) interest in
DSP & acoustics. I'm having a spot o' bother calculating diffusion
diagrams like like Figures 4 and 5, (on page 4) of Trevor Cox's lecture
notes on diffuser design:

  I'm looking for suggestions on how to cheaply improve the acoustics
of my living room to make it suitable for a piano.  Below is a diagram
looking side-on at a portion of my house.
                                     ~ 40 ft.

I am working on a vented box loudspeaker design, based on Peerless
850122 woofers and Vifa PL27TG35-06 tweeters.  I purchased the drivers
some 2 or 3 years ago and they have been lying on their back during
that time.

    I know of no other public medium than Internet and its affiliates
that serves the purpose of global access and query on chosen subjects

I have a SLM 2231(complete) a remote control ZB 0016 (part of B&K 3547)
and accesories like mics, cables, and others. I want to know what other
elements are neccesary to make intensity meaurements.
