Im normally an image processing geek but was wondering about voice
recognition systems. Just out of interest really.
What kind of characteristics do you look at when identifying a certain
persons voice? Obviously people with a deeper voice will produce

Does anyone know a way to take an audio signal and output it multiple times

I'm interested in acquiring a set of headphones to reduce the noise
around me. I've done some searching and found lots of qualitative

I'm generating different sound waves using my laptop
and outputting the sound via my laptop's sound card headphone jack.

I am planning to build a sound shield in my sleeping room. I am not
interested in making this air tight, what i am interested in is to try
to block directional sound. The reason behind this is to get some
relief from attacks with acoustic devices. It is the  intelligence
