phenonip13 Feb 2004 10:05 GMT3
I have a problem to determine quantity of phenonip in an W/O emulsion. I
tried to extract it with 0,02M NaoH in methanol, but even identification was
not possible. Apart from phenonip, in the emulsion I have Tocopherol Acetat,
Almond oil, Paraffin liq., Glycerol and emulsifiers ...
Change in pH Buffer by evaporation12 Feb 2004 19:03 GMT1
Most pH-buffer solutions have (nearly) the same pH after evaporation
of some water. Tris buffers (Tris-(hydroxymethyl)-methylamine) however
increase in pH when water evaporates. What I'm searching for is a
buffer (approx pH 8) that decreases (to approx 6.5) in pH when water

together with an enzyme reaction. Does any one know about such an
indicator?

Greetings, all - I have a PE DSC7 with a few problems. It seems the
baseline adjustments are maxed out and the baseline is still inclined
and curved. I have used this baseline and had luck with the Zinc and
Indium standards (flat traces and clear peaks). Runs with polymers have
