Any idea what kind of mathematical curves best describe the peaks in
electropherogram produced from capillary electorphoresis? A simple
Gaussian seems to provide a reasonable fit although i wonder if those
used in chromatography/spectroscopy will be better.

I work in a laboratory with the latest edition of HP-Agilent
Chemstation.   We are having problems converting macros from our old
system (Windows NT) to (Window XP).  There are multiple macros spread

i have a 2 different samples of titanium dioxide loaded onto quartz
sand support.the first sample's TiO2 comes from powdered Degussa P25
and the other comes from sol-gel synthesis.attachment of the TiO2 to
the quartz sand support was done via heat treatment in furnace at 600
