Fluorescence detector18 Oct 2006 15:01 GMT1
I need some help in developing a HPLC method using a fluorescence
detector.
In the current HPLC method am I measuring 4-methylsalicylic acid and
5-methylsalicylic acid with a UV-detector at 308 nm, as this is close

Hello people.... I need to know goods references on literature, books,
that
the point is Bonds, structures and molecular vibrations, mainly in
organic
Internal standard16 Oct 2006 20:00 GMT6
Hello everybody! I just joined this group and I'm pleased to meet
everybody.
I'm currently using the HPLC to analyze vitamins and preservatives in
food.
Effect of Electrode Geometry13 Oct 2006 22:05 GMT10
You can simulate the effects of over 10 electrode geometries.
Currents at different electrode geometries are different as their diffusion
models are different. By keeping the same area of the electrodes, the peak
current at the cylindrical electrode is larger than the peak ...
The chicken and the egg problem of internal standards10 Oct 2006 17:42 GMT1
Got a nearly philosophic question about the use of internal standards.
Hope somebody are able to help.
Say I'm running a lot of samples on a HPLC system and I'm using an
internal standard. Because of great variation in the injection volume

and into liquid waste there CH3CH2SO4H, H2SO4 and how there Sulfuric
acid I could have there C2H2 or a C2H2O , I 'd     pH  - 1 so I thought
, I added  NaOH 10% until change the acid scene turn to pH 11 so I was
Start a dos command from ChemStation during post-run processing05 Oct 2006 17:25 GMT3
I do not know ChemStation but was asked to process report (csv) file
at the end of each run. I have done a program to process the report but
I need a way to call my program from Chemstation (automatically) and
open the report.
Inner Filter Correction02 Oct 2006 17:54 GMT4
I have come across different eqns to correct for inner filtering effects
in fluorescence spectroscopy:
1) Icor = Iobs * 10^(Aem/2 + Aex/2)
2) Icor = Iobs / (10^-Aem/2 + 10^-Aex/2)
