Papers or links to impedance Spectroscopy Using white noise17 Apr 2004 14:49 GMT5
Has anyone out there know of any papers or links to using white noise for
impedance Spectroscopy?
Also, anyone have a broadband circuit for a white noise generator.
Cheers
Using two charges with a battey pack?16 Apr 2004 14:01 GMT9
I have a Maha C777 charger that I run on 12VDC power.  So powered, it
will only charge a 9.6V pack (8 batteries).
I want to power my equipment with 10 AA NiMH batteries in series
(12VDC), with the charger continually connected.
LI-Ion battery dead?16 Apr 2004 06:09 GMT3
Got a couple of dead batteries from Sony Vaio notepads. The replacements are
behaving themselves which shows the charging circuit is OK. Thinking back a
few years we used to have some portable radios which had a resettable 'fuse'
in the battery which stopped anything too serious ...
recovering metals from ash13 Apr 2004 14:24 GMT1
Dear Sirs,
Hyperaccumulator plants are plants wich accumulate considerably higher
concentrations of certain metals compared with normal plants.
For example (values in ppm):
Schematic for NIMH fast charger?12 Apr 2004 08:06 GMT2
I want to "fast" charge 10 AA NiMH cells in series from a 20 watt
solar panel that generates from 20VDC down to zero, depending on
ambient light.
At all times possible, I would like as much of the current flowing off
Which charger?11 Apr 2004 16:05 GMT2
I just purchased a used Nokia 5160i and noticed that it uses either a 3.6V
NiMH or Li-ion battery.  The charger supplied with the unit is, apparently,
not the charger that Nokia recommends, although I've used it a couple of
times.  I see that there are several chargers recommended ...

[ODCAD] Ideal Factor in Schottky Junction-Interface and Device Performance10 Apr 2004 15:47 GMT1
Schottky junction is the most popular model used in the junction
between organic semiconductor and electrode. This model describes
the charge flux due to thermal electron with the potential drop
across the junction.
NEC battery with 30 seconds recharge08 Apr 2004 23:22 GMT3
There are some mentiones i media of a NEC battery that recharges in 30
seconds.
Do anyone here have information on this?
The last was in "Digino" (WWW.digi.no) postet today, a bit late for April
How to charge a Li-ION Laptop battery  Externally07 Apr 2004 22:23 GMT5
My laptop, Compaq Presario 1510T (also known as Evo N1000c, go
figure....) works fineoff the AC adpter but does not charge my
batteries.
The batteries are OK, they charge just fine in someone else's laptop,
Sources of large NiMH batteries?07 Apr 2004 18:18 GMT2
Does anyone know where I can get very large NiMH batteries?  The suppliers I'm
familiar with only deal in cells up to about "F" sized.  I'm looking for larger
than that, if they exist.  Ultimately I'd like to get an "8D" equivalent, such
as for marine/golfcart/forklift applications. ...
a lead plating dendrites difficult to solve problem07 Apr 2004 18:14 GMT3
I am plating copper bars using a small manual galvanic plant.
Before inserting the bars in the plant, they are subjected to two
different washings:
1) first washing with nitric acid
Testing Li-ion batteries07 Apr 2004 16:49 GMT4
Is there a quick test for Li-ion batteries that tells you how strong
they are?
Assuming there is no quick test (like measuring the voltage one hour
after a full charge), and I must put a load across the terminals, what
overpostentials in copper electroplating06 Apr 2004 14:51 GMT5
I am trying to electroplate copper on graphite but do it in a solution
where the difference in Overpotentials between copper and graphite
substrates is minimized. In conventional acid copper plating solution the
overpotential for graphite is relatively high. Is it possible to ...
