Battery Explosion24 May 2004 01:35 GMT8

batteries saying if you put them in fire, recharge them, put them backwards, or
open them, they could leak or explode. Is this true or are they just being
conservative?

I have been having problem with my digital camera turning off with
half full (or full) batteries when they have been lying unused for a

inverters is limited to simple set-ups (Battery -> Inverter -> AC
Load).

9-volt batteries in series14 May 2004 01:00 GMT13
You know how the terminals of 9-volt batteries have clips on them, so you can
connect them in series.
Connect about 10-20 of them in series and touch the end terminals.
Good luck!
