What Ever Happened to Good Ol' Nickel Cadmium11 Feb 2005 13:43 GMT4
Growing up in the 90's my parents loved rechargeable batteries for a while,
every time I turned around I had something with a Panasonic NiCad in it.
Later in the 90's my grandmother gave me her Panasonic NiCads and her
charger.  This was after my parents stopped using their's.  I ...

Automatically Charge 48 Volts with a 12 Volt Charger???10 Feb 2005 13:16 GMT7
Assume that we have four 12 Volt 20 AH batteries that are series
connected.
Is it possible to AUTOMATICALLY charge the 48 Volt string with only a
single 12 Volt Charger?
Electrolysis07 Feb 2005 18:20 GMT7
When seperating H and O from H2O electricaly:
A)   Is there a minimum required voltage?
B)   Can the current be stopped/started cyclicly?
c)   Does pressure hinder/enhance the process?
How to build a fuel-cell to power my railgun ? ? ?05 Feb 2005 00:24 GMT1
I'm a mad scientist and I invented a deadly railgun that can shoot
trough solid steel ! But it needs a lot of power, so I need powerful
fuel cells to make it the perfect weapon of doom.
What do I need ?
Thin, small, Li-Po cell04 Feb 2005 13:15 GMT3
Anyone have a line on thin, small Li-PO cells?
Capacity is secondary, I need to power a load at roughly 80mA for 1-2 hours,
whatever I can get, but the thickness of the cell is critical.
THIN Li-Poly or other Rechargables01 Feb 2005 19:54 GMT2
Is anyone aware of any moderate capacity cells, (100-200MAH) in 2mm or less
thickness?
