I have an OLD laptop that when the battery is inserted the power LED start blinking RED indicating an error. It is a Toshiba Satellite Pro 420CDS, with the LED blinking red, will the battery charge? This is a LiOn battery and it has not been used for years.

What do you think about europositron battery (see link bellow)? 80KW.h into 50 l and with 60kg! I have asked them about time to be charged, and they told me 1 to 3 hours. With such parameters, the electric car will be very competitive.
