2500 mah Energizer has problems28 Dec 2006 06:43 GMT14
I find the Energizer 2500mah double A batteries have major problem that
causes them not to hold a charge. When I require the use of these batteries
I find they are dead after only a few weeks of shelf life. The Energizer
2100mah cells are great with no problems what so ever and ...
Fractional differointegration reference23 Dec 2006 11:57 GMT3
Some years ago, there was an article in an electrochemical
journal, describing how to do fractional differointegration
via the Fourier transform. I have unfortunately lost the
reference. Can anyone remember it?
Potential point for metal ion migration?13 Dec 2006 21:25 GMT1
What is the point (voltage, deltaG) at which metal ion start migrating,
is this independent of the metal type or is this a function of the
electrochemical series?
Decomposition of water starts at apx 1.23V, does this signify the point

Two questions regarding AA batteries:
1) At what voltage should a 1.5V alkaline battery be considered as end of
life and replaced?     I've noticed that with Duracell at least they start
out life around 1.6V, and I have been assuming that for most applications

Will too much mAh damage electronic device?03 Dec 2006 05:42 GMT1
Hi.  I am trying something at home for a cordless phone.
The rechargeable battery in the cordless phone is a
3.6V, 750 mAh.  The size is same as 3 AAAs.  I am
thinking of using 3 rechargeable AAA batteries to
